My Journey
Cooking has been my lifelong passion. I find immense joy in crafting recipes, experimenting in the kitchen, and savouring the smiles of my loved ones as they enjoy my dishes. My dedication to nutrition deepened in my early 40s during the onset of perimenopause. It was marked by frequent, debilitating migraines linked to hormonal imbalances. While I deeply respect conventional medical approaches, I felt that for my journey, a more holistic approach encompassing nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and relaxation held immense promise. I was proven right - small yet deliberate changes had a profound impact on my well-being. I am committed to helping women in their 40s navigate the challenges of perimenopause and menopause, harnessing the potential of nutrition and lifestyle choices for transformative well-being.
